Exhibiting on “The Green”

This is a brief post to say I will be exhibiting on the railings around St. Stephens Green this weekend, 21st, 22nd and 23rd. The previous exhibition in June was very enjoyable, as for the first time in years it stayed dry for the entire weekend. The nice weather brought out large numbers of people, and this in turn led to good sales….thankfully.

I’ve been working away steadily as always, even with the added distraction of the kids (still on holdays) coming in to the studio now and then, I’m still producing work that I’m happy with. There are some images below of some recent watercolour seascapes that I’m particularly pleased with. These are more subtle and atmosheric compaired to the streetscenes, the simple compostions and elongated landscape format make these paintings most appealing. I hope they are well received on The Green.
